The Tennessee Animal Resource Center is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to
prevent animal cruelty by reducing the over-population of dogs and cats in Tennessee and
facilitating the development of leadership, fundraising and strategic expertise in spay and
neuter organizations throughout the state.

Providing animal welfare groups seeking fund
raising, marketing and management assistance
with spay
/neuter programs. This website has a wide variety of resources for both animal
welfare agencies and the general public. We are developing a series of seminars including a
statewide conference to provide training in fund
raising, grant writing and spay/neuter
program development and administration.

Implementing
and incubating spay/neuter programs in communities where none currently exist.
The ARC
will empower groups of volunteers
to establish Gotta Spay to Play programs under The ARC's
501(c)(3) is an umbrella. This enables these dedicated volunteers
to implement fund raising
efforts in their communities with supplemental funding from The ARC's Spay/Neuter Fund
