| SNIP-OC is a group of local residents who volunteer their time to make a difference for the cats and dogs in Overton County. Overton County is a mainly rural farming community, and there are many cats and dogs allowed to roam freely. As a result, there are many unplanned and unwanted litters of kittens and puppies. Don't Litter ~Fix Your Critter ! Here’s how SNIP-OC can help: Not sure how to find a vet ? We can refer you to three well-established local veterinarian to spay or neuter your companion Worried the vet bill will be too high ? The vet will charge a reduced rate for the spay or neuter if you are referred by SNIP-OC Still need help with the vet bill ? We can pay part of the bill, for qualified Overton County residents. Need help transporting your pet to the vet ? We can lend you a cat carrier or dog crate. If you can use our help, or if you can help us help others in your community ....
